Meet Sue!

Yoga is a place for Sue to connect to herself. Being able to set aside the to-do's and just spend time on my mat helps her feel grounded and present. She loves being a teacher and holding space for others on their mat to move, breathe, and let the practice be whatever it is they need that day. Sue is 200 hr RYT, as well as certified in yin, restorative, gentle, prenatal/postnatal, children's yoga, and a NASM certified Personal Trainer.
