Meet Sue!

Yoga is a place for me to connect to myself. Being able to set aside the to-do's and just spend time on my mat helps me feel grounded and present. I love being a teacher and holding space for others on their mat to move, breathe, and let the practice be whatever it is they need that day. I am 200 hr RYT, as well as certified in yin, restorative, gentle, prenatal/postnatal, children's yoga, and a NASM certified Personal Trainer.
