Studio Etiquette Tips

  • Arrival & Shared Space:  

    Arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in. Set up your practice space respectfully. Please wipe down the community blocks and mats after use. Fold the blankets and stack the bolsers neatly. 

  • Unplug & Unwind:

    Silence your phones and leave the outside world at the door. Immerse yourself in the present moment. 

  • Barefoot Bliss:

    Shed your shoes before entering the studio. Help us keep our space clean.

  • Quiet Contemplation:

    Chatting before and after class is welcome, but keep the volume low. Quiet your mind as you enter the space.

  • Mindful Movement:

    Stay within your own limits. Listen to your body and honor its wisdom. Modifications are always encouraged. Yoga is not a competition.

  • Scent-Free Sanctuary:

    Strong fragrances can be bothersome. Please avoid perfumes, lotions, and essential oils with potent scents.
