Diane fell in love with movement at a young age when she realized how good it made her feel. She has been practicing various forms of yoga for almost 20 years. Diane believes in the mental and physical benefits of movement as well as stillness. As a mother of two she knows that life can get busy, but also knows that fitting in some time for building strength, mobility and focusing on the breath can make life more enjoyable and comfortable. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training certification at Pulsation Yoga in Arlington Heights, IL in 2014.
