Joe is a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor with over a year of teaching experience, specializing in Hatha, Yin, Restorative and yoga for runners . With a deep commitment to helping students find balance, strength, and mindfulness, Joe brings warmth and encouragement to every class.

Joe discovered yoga as a young adult and quickly found it to be a transformative practice for both the body and mind. After completing 200-hour teacher training at Tribalance Yoga Studio in Schaumburg IL they have continued to evolve their practice and teaching through advanced trainings in Trauma Informed yoga from Kripaula Yoga Center in Stockbridge, MA and Trauma Center for Trauma Sensitive Yoga in Boston MA.

In Joe’s classes, students can expect a thoughtful balance of purpose driven, deep stretching, and breath-centered flows. Whether leading a calming Yin session or a dynamic restorative practice, Joe encourages students to connect with their breath and move with intention.
