Kelley grew up as a gymnast and started practicing yoga at 16 to build strength and increase flexibility. It did not take long for her to realize yoga was not only supporting her physically, but mentally too. Throughout her years of practice, yoga has been Kelley’s answer to managing her stress and connecting her mind and body as one. She loves the calmness yoga brings, but also enjoys the challenge of it. Whether it is trying a new pose, playing with different transitions, or simply just showing up on my mat, there is always something to explore. She completed her 200-hour CYT in 2021. Kelley’s goal as a teacher is to create a welcoming space where you can feel strong, grounded, and confident in your yoga practice.
