Meet Laureen!
Laureen started practicing yoga in 2006 after race-walking the Chicago Marathon. Yoga quickly became the perfect compliment to Pilates, weight training, spin classes and race walking. Laureen earned her 200 RYT in February 2020 and continues to build her teaching skills through workshops and retreats. She believes that strong, dynamic flows help cultivate body awareness and fuel a powerful connection between breath, body and mind for overall well being.
