Meet Laureen!

Laureen started practicing yoga in 2006 after race walking the Chicago Marathon. Yoga quickly became the perfect complement to Pilates, weight training, spin classes and race walking. She is 200 hour RYT and continues to build her teaching skills through workshops and retreats. Laureen believes that strong, dynamic flows help cultivate body awareness and fuel a powerful connection between breath, body and mind for overall well being. She is also AFSA Mat Pilates certified.
