Shift Your Perspective
I hope wherever you are today; you can take a moment or two to find a deep breath and remind yourself that spring is coming!
I pulled the above card today from a yoga deck as I was having trouble coming up with a theme for the week. I love the reminder to focus on "What's Currently Working.” If you decide to join me in this practice today, and you make your list of what's working, don't forget to include your body, as well. Your breath is working with you, even if you haven't stopped to notice it today. Your eyes are working to read this email right now. There are so many wonderful things working with us and for us each day.
I wish you a week filled with many more things that work than things that do not.
