What are you curious about?

Would you consider yourself a curious person? When it comes to yoga, what are you curious about? I'd love to know and answer any questions you have!

This week, I'm working on following my curiosity. What am I curious about? How can I learn more about those things? When I look at what's happening around me with a mindset of curiosity, how does that help me grow?

Have you ever thought of looking through that lens during your yoga practice? Jason Crandell, a well-known yoga teacher says, "Yoga is the perfect opportunity to be curious about who you are." I love this mindset. Just like at the beginning of class when we often check in to see how our body, mind, and breath are feeling, reminding ourselves to do this without judgement just noticing how we feel. This week, let's get curious on our yoga mat. In tough poses, reframing our thinking to ask ourselves, "I'm curious. Why is this pose so tough for me?" In poses we love, "I'm curious. What is it about this pose that makes me feel so good? How can I bring more of this into my daily routine?"

Don't hesitate to be curious and ask me any questions you have about yoga or mindfulness. I'm happy to answer if I can. If I don't know, we can be curious together and find out!

Have a wonderful week!

Molly
