Mindfulness Minute
I’ve read that you can not breath deep and have anxiety at the same time. So all my anxious people out there, let’s interrupt our anxiety today. Just for today, just for this moment. Stop. Breathe in. Pause. Breathe out.
I picked a card this morning from my Power of Now deck from Eckhart Tolle. It read, “Ask yourself what “problem” you have right now, not next year, tomorrow, or five minutes from now. What is wrong with this moment?”
Breathe in and take a moment of quiet and listen for a response. If your mind starts running, interrupt it by bringing your awareness back to your breath.
Send yourself some good vibes, some love today- just for this moment. I AM CALM. I AM PEACEFUL. I AM SAFE. I AM PRESENT.
