Meg came to yoga as a way to heal her body and mind. Through regular practice, she became more centered and self-aware, and learned to love herself completely - flaws and all. During the Covid lockdown, she began offering virtual yoga sessions for her friends as a way to connect and find peace. She truly loved leading folks through their flows, and wanted to learn more about the history and practice of yoga, so she became 200RYT certified in 2021. After teaching private lessons for a few years, Meg decided to teach in studio in 2024. She is so honored to be a part of your journey and can't wait to share her love of yoga with you! She lives in Prospect Heights with her high school sweetheart, their 2 terrific teenagers, and their gigantic goofy goldendoodle.
