Gina discovered yoga as a way to manage stress and anxiety, finding a deep connection between breath and body. This journey led her to earn her 200-hour RYT and Reiki I & II certifications, blending movement and energy healing in her teaching. She is passionate about mental health awareness and community and creates a supportive, inclusive space where students feel seen and empowered. Gina’s classes offer modifications and props, ensuring accessibility for all as we move toward balance and self-discovery.
