We’re happy to offer a Preteen Yoga Class specifically designed for children ages 8–12, held Saturday mornings from 10:30–11:15 AM.
This class focuses on an authentic, age-appropriate yoga practice that supports growing bodies and minds. Students will be guided through gentle warm-ups, standing and seated poses, simple sequences, breath awareness, and short relaxation periods. Instruction emphasizes body awareness, balance, flexibility, strength, and calm focus in a supportive, non-competitive environment.
No prior yoga experience is needed. The class is accessible for beginners while still engaging for those who have practiced before.
