What happens when you listen and notice?
If you've taken a class from me, you've likely heard the words "notice without judgment" and "listen to your body" quite often. It's so much easier said than done, however. I've been working on these this week:
noticing when I'm about to get angry with my kids and not judge myself at that moment
listening to my body when it's tired and finding space for rest.
noticing when I'm feeling overwhelmed and asking for help (this is hard for me, even typing that made me feel uncomfortable, ha)
This week, we'll talk about ways we can listen to our bodies and notice our feelings. We'll focus on giving ourselves some space to pause before we react. As always, we'll remind ourselves that we're human and give grace along the way.
