Change is tough, but so are YOU!

Anyone else feel like they're constantly in a state of change these days? Or continuing to feel decision fatigue?

I noticed myself in the last few weeks wanting to dig my heels in and wish things could just "go back to normal.” I like the above quote because it reminds us that while change is hard, it leads us to new places and helps us move forward. So if you're feeling overwhelmed lately or unsure about changes happening in your life or in the lives of those you love, know that you are not alone.

Our yoga practice is a great asset in times of change. It helps up to take time to process feelings by using our breath and meditation. Moving our physical body can help us work through our emotions. Yoga helps make us flexible in more than just body, it helps us be flexible with our mindset too.

Have you noticed that when those we love are going through big changes we often give them so much understanding and support? This week, I'm hoping we can extend that same support and understanding to ourselves. Whatever emotions you are feeling today, I hope you can let yourself soak them in.
