Breathing Exercise for Giving & Receiving Love

My goal for this week is to act with love, to spread love, and to slow down and take some extra time to share the love with myself as well.

Join me this week in:

  • Placing one hand to heart and one hand to belly. Breathing in, love for yourself. Breathing out, love to someone who needs it.

  • Thinking of ways you can show those in your life some love with a handwritten note, a shared cup of coffee, a hug, an offer to run an errand, make dinner or ease a small burden

  • Making space in your calendar to do something you love that brings you joy


If we all collectively worked to show up in every interaction this week with a mindset of love, imagine how much better our week would be, and the impact it would have on those around us.

I'm sending myself love (and grace!) this week. Last week I emailed about a pop-up class on Friday. I found out that my kids don't have school this Friday. So unfortunately there will just be class this Tuesday night from 8:15-9pm. If you'd like to practice more than that, there are lots of classes you can take by signing up for the All Access Yoga Membership. I appreciate your understanding
