CALM PARENTING
Yoga philosophy incorporates so much more than just stretching the body. As a mom of 4, I know how important it is to find my calm so I can set the tone for my household. After my 3rd child was born, I found myself in a constant state of overwhelm. I continually asked myself when and how can I get out of survival mode and start to feel calm. Through my yoga teacher training, and learning more about yoga philosophy, I was able to transform my mindset and get myself into a much better place so that I could be a better mom, wife, and friend.
