Lisa started practicing yoga in 2010 as a way of coping with overwhelming grief and found that her mat was the only place she felt safe and alive during this hardship. Over the years, yoga has enriched Lisa’s life in so many ways, beyond the physical benefits. Yoga is the place where Lisa feels her mind, body, and spirit come home. Lisa completed her RYT-200 in 2013 and has added prenatal, hot, sculpt, and children’s yoga to her repertoire.
