Follow your bliss

This week our yoga class will focus on following your bliss.

I listened to Oprah’s Super Soul Sunday Podcast on fulfillment recently and wanted to share with you some of what spoke to me. If you haven’t listened to it before it compiles little bits of interviews with different people all on one topic. I have listened to this exact podcast before but I love how different things sparked for me this time.

I jotted down some tidbits as I listened that were inspiring to me. I then put together these questions that I will ask myself throughout the week.

*What does it look like when I pay attention to following my bliss?

*What does it feel like to be joyfully present?

*Where/When do I feel most connected to life?

*How can I be of service to others?

*Jack Kornfield said, “You only dream of things that you have the capacity to fulfill.” What dreams will I lean into?

Affirmation for the week:

I follow my bliss.
