Meet Magica !

Magica received her 200 hour yoga certification in 2012. Since then, she has earned E-RYT and YACEP status. Passionate about continued education, she has trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Hot, Yin, and Children's yoga, and has explored many other somatic modalities, including Feldenkreis and The Alexander Technique. Alignment focused, she encourages the use of props at all levels. As a Reiki Master, Magica intends to raise the vibration of each class as a whole and hopes that you will release what doesn't serve you!
