What I love most about sharing yoga with others is helping people find the calm and clarity I discovered through my own practice. I hope to hold space for people to move, breathe, and connect with their inner light. I received my 200 hour certification through YogaFit.
My classes mix both vinyasa and hatha yoga styles, with an emphasis on matching movement with breath.
